Dr. Goto believes it is important to find the modality that is best suited to each unique patient. For this reason, her education encompasses Naturopathic Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, as well as innovative specialty modalities, including nutrigenomics and microbiome analysis. These allow for advanced personalization of medicine by analyzing an individual’s genetics and intestinal microbiome in order to identify, treat, and prevent disease.
She has traveled the globe studying medical modalities in their place of origin, specifically Ayurveda in India, botanical medicine in Costa Rica, and acupuncture in China. She has a passion for global health and providing healthcare in underserved regions.
